Changing topic slightly, but I just saw this on the official Oasis site and thought it may be of interest in this thread. It's an article reprinted from a music fanzine called Uptown (says it's from 1990 but I think 91 is more like it...) which mentions the band's demos of Alice and Reminisce being recorded at Out of the Blue studios.
Nice find mate, is it Noel saying that the 3 tracks were superb in that article? Thought he said they were piss lol.

You're welcome, glad you liked it. It's the author of the article saying they were superb, rather than Noel. The main quote I recall from Noel on the subject of those songs is in the documentary on the Definitely Maybe DVD I think, where he was joking about the acoustic song being called Acoustic
As you all know the Live at The Boardwalk/Demo Tape [1991/1992] sold at the auction last week. I am happy to announce that our member noelg798 won the auction and has requested me to organize a donation fund so the tape can be heard. The tape sold for a huge sum, so it would be good if noelg798 got at least a little bit of his money back. Please see photos below for track listing.
Many of you know i was responsible for organizing the 1992/1993 Demo Tape purchase last year. That turned out to be a huge success, so lets see if we can do it again! Once enough money is received the tape will be shared among ALL Oasis Communities.
Donations can be sent to the following Paypal email address - souldrifter798@btinternet.com
Please make sure you quote your forum username during your payment. Every little bit counts, so lets get these tracks out there. Thanks to noelg798 for purchasing the tape and lets hope everyone will hear it soon.
