The Rolling Stones have a great set up From The Vault  amazing releases from past concerts Vinyl CD Blu Ray
this is the blue print how you go about things you also get a nice booklet telling the backstory of the show and why it was choosen for a release.

Don't know maybe it's not so cut and dry with Oasis Management or Sony maybe there is things to work out we don't know about regards to legal issues or members not being shown in future releases which i find very strange.

Then just release the audio, they wouldn't need permission from past members for that.
