Listened to it twice. Not the album I was expecting. Thought there would be more guitars. Actual line from song " I wanna be your vacuum cleaner". Hopefully it'll grow on me. Not feeling yet. The first two singles are by far the best songs on the album.
Loved the album I have to say. Probably the best thing they've done. No surprise it's my album of the year. I love some of the slower stuff No 1 Party album, I want to be yours and Mad sound are beautiful. Arabella is such a Rocker and that riff. While Snap out of it and Knee Socks are catchy aas hell. The singles are wonderful. Not a stinker on the album. See this album doing very well. Sternumman I disagree with you on your review think this hit's you straight away.

Listened to it twice now, it's definitely grown on me on second listen as I wasn't entirely conviced on my first listen.
Anyone else think Snap Out of It has a slight Morning Glory-era Oasis feel to it? Seen someone on twitter say it sounded like Oasis meets the Scissor Sisters and thought that was spot on.
Do I Wanna Know, Fireside and Knee Socks (particularly the bit with Josh Homme) are my favourites so far.
Ok, so I heard it in the bus on my way to college today and I must say it is a great album! I loved most of the tunes with the exception of R U Mine? All the others were really top notch.
Great way to kick start the day, in fact I'm going to give it a listen again now.
