Watched the ultimate edition edition today for the 4th time. It improves the movie heaps from the theatrical version. Ben Affleck nails Batman imo. I think he is the best on screen Batman we have had. He is the reason i keep going back to watch this film.
Justice League looks promising. Pretty pumped for that.

I could never believe that the Superman Vs Batman: dawn of justice launch the Dc extended universe, but now that movies are happen I can say woo hoo!. Apparently, Dc will try to stop the Marvel's domination, and I expect that always, but -the same question of always- they meet the expectations?. I'm afraid only beacause the franchise didn't star with batman begins.

I would say Man of Steel launched the DC movie universe but BvS pushed it along a long quicker than i would have liked. I don't expect DC/WB to do exactly what Marvel studios have done but i think they should have taken a little bit more time to develop the world. Killing off Superman in BvS was a mistake. It should of been saved for Man of Steel 2. We needed more time with the character. Have Doomsday show up in part 2 then kill Superman and bring him back in a future Justice League installment.
It Looks as though Superman won't even be in half of the first Justice League film. Havn't seen Suicide Squad yet, not rushing out to see it. But i am looking to Wonder Woman's solo film next year.
My brother gave me a loan of the The Ultimate Edition Blu-Ray last week.
It is better than I thought it would be and Ben Affleck was actually pretty good as the older Batman.
3 hours I'll never get back watching that shite. I'm not a big fan of the whole superhero thing myself, but I do have a soft spot for Batman, loved the Michael Keaton films in the 80's and the Christian Bale trilogy I thought was brilliant but Ben Affleck I couldn't take serious for some reason, I don't think he's a good actor in the first place. The storyline just seemed all over the place as well, I was curious to see how they would set up Batman vs Superman but I was very disappointed with it.
