Real vs. Liverpool this evening reminded me of this meme. As someone who primarily follows the Bundesliga, it's also completely beyond whyLiverpool bought Emre Can for such a stunning amount of money. He's amazingly talented but definitely just two more years time before going to a big club like Liverpool. Anyway, Dortmund's marching ahead, I'm already looking forward to the knockout-stage, there's gonna be some cracking games.
Liverpool get into the Champions League only to rest all their main players for the Premier League to get back into the Champions League. Rodgers put out a cup side last night, I'm just surprised they managed to keep it to 1-0.
Also Arsenal. Hahahhaha

If Real was on form last night they would have smashed the scousers, was a brave choice by Rodgers but I guess after the game on Saturday we'll find out if it was the right one. Borini as poor as he is, is a better choice up front than both Balotelli and Lambert so he should get a game. Toure easily had his best game for Pool last night
Got to admit I had a good laugh at them last night. Love it how all the commentators was going on about how Stevie G don't deserve to go out this way. They was never going to do well this year, even with Sturduge fit. You can't expect to compete at this level after selling your best player and replacing him in with crap. They won't be able to attract any big names in January now if they do want to spend big and with how things are going at the moment it will take a massive effort for them to qualify for the CL next season. I was expecting them to qualify when Gerrard knocked that free kick in tho.
City vs Barca should be great! Hope Barcelona thrash City.
We lost 2-1, but we have a hope, in the game of return in spain. Come on, City!
If Toure is available then I'll give you guys a shot and a slim one at that. Just can't see City going to the Camp Nou and scoring two while preventing Barça from scoring. Either way it's set up to be a great game!

Toure must be in the next game!. Being realistic, I can't see my City winning 2-0, but a hope is a hope, and the miracles would be happen
I couldn't watch the game last night and I'm regretting it now, watching Monaco beat Arsenal that too at the Emirates would've been so much fun. Haha the meltdown among their fans is the icing on the cake as well. I remember when the draw came out, Arsenal fans were so happy they got a "weak" team. Guess Monaco showed them who really the weak team is.

Liverpool game is decent so far. The Europa League has some pretty decent times left in the squeaky bum stage. A complete shame it's so long and dull in the group stages with such terrible teams.

Glad I sat through the Liverpool game, Besiktas completely dominated them. And absolutely brilliant finish with Lovren missing his penalty and knocking them out. It just had to be him haha!

What a cracking game last night between Chelsea and PSG. I thought the game was ruined when the referee sent Ibra off(horrible decision, he had an absolute nightmare of a game) but PSG showed so much heart and determination to come back and to take Chelsea on like that at Stamford Bridge with a man down who just happens to be their best player. Super exciting game but Chelsea just didn't show up, PSG were by far the better team. Deserving winners.
