Seems like Andy is going to be a bit busy 2015. A bit from his Bio on the site:
"Bell has been living in London since 2006 and now has four children but aside from his presence in four hugely successful rock bands, he’s branched out into production (with Swedish darlings Weeping Willows’ fifth album Fear And Love). He also DJs all over Europe and 2015 will see the release of his remix work with JMRS, Penguins Rising, Arveene & Misk, The Early Years, Stay and Wolf Tide amongst others. Andy reveals that he feels he has been learning to be a producer since the age of thirteen, “learning to use a four-track and turn up the recording levels for tape distortion. I remember,” he says, “bouncing back, making tapes using tape to tape cassette recorders, then using four track and then eight.” These days, Bell has naturally graduated to laptop and Logic and diversified further into music for film, describing the process as “visualizing” music, adding that he loves how “in film, music lights the touch paper of your emotions.” His celluloid inspirations are very broad, ranging from left-field artists like New York composer William Basinski (whose Disintegration Loops used decaying tape loops of orchestras) and Tarantino’s obscure classics, to electronic music, Drive being his favourite modern soundtrack as it is “so understated and provides a pretty and thoughtful heartbeat to a dark and violent film.” Bell’s recent work in this arena includes work in progress for directors Jamie Donoughue, Catherine Hardwicke and others. He is currently scoring The Midnight Of My Life, the Phil Davis-directed biopic of Small Faces’ legend Steve Marriott."
