Hello all! Just discovered this site and I'm hoping some of you can help with something I've been working at for some time. I'm looking to find clean, fully isolated, stand-alone, cross-fade/segue-free versions of as many Oasis songs as possible. In some cases the transition is part of the music, but most of the time, they're unrelated songs that have overlapping outros and intros. I'm looking to isolate as many of the songs as possible. However, without a limitless supply of money to buy random promo and various-artists CDs hoping for a unique mastering, I haven't made a ton of progress. I'm hoping some of you can help me out!
(Since I just made this account, I'm not going to risk posting Discogs links in case I get flagged for spam, but I will be posting the catalog numbers as they appear on Discogs so you'll be able to find them that way.)

Rock 'N' Roll Star – Rather than being cross-faded, this just cuts off abruptly on the original CDs. The 2014 remaster does something very similar, although it sounds a lot more natural. I don't think the Epic promo CD single would have the full-length ending, because their Definitely Maybe is just a slightly tweaked clone of the Creation. That leads me to believe their source was Owen Morris's DAT master, with the cut-off ending. I think the best bet would be a promo from either Stop The Clocks or the 2014 Definitely Maybe reissue, but I've only found a 2014 promo for the radio edit, which I assume fades out before that point.
Hey Now! – The only non-Morning Glory CD I've found this on is "1996 Mercury Prize Albums Of The Year". I bought it and I'm waiting for it to be delivered. I don't have great expectations that this will have the ending synth note uninterrupted – but, then, the HMV Assorted compilation had a clean "Champagne Supernova", so anything is possible.
Some Might Say (Intro) – The reversed intro is isolated on the vinyl edition of the album. I'm not aware of any official digital release. The needledrop I've got is pretty good, but it has some slight ticks and pops, and they drive me up the wall.
Champagne Supernova – The 1996 Q Magazine/HMV Assorted CD (QCDJAN96) has this. It's basically the same mastering otherwise, except lowered by 3 dB. The North American Time Flies... compilation does as well, I'm told (probably 3 dB louder).
Stand By Me – Time Flies... has a clean version, but the ending is ever-so-slightly edited. A true clean version is on the two-track promo single (CCD 278X).
I Hope, I Think, I Know – Unfortunately, this can't be isolated by inverting the polarity on "Stand By Me". My guess is that the Epic promo CD (ESK 3861) has a proper clean version, but I don't have $90 to burn to find out.
Be Here Now – This can be isolated by inverting the polarity between the album and single versions of "All Around The World".
All Around The World – There's a very slight cross-fade (more like cross-index) on the Creation single; a true clean version is on the promo single.
It's Gettin' Better (Man!!) – The four-song promo sampler for Be Here Now (CCD 219X) has this song clean; the only caveat is that it lacks the fade-up and fade-down of the album version. Which is not a bad thing if you want to listen to the song in isolation. You can also get a clean intro using the commercial "All Around The World" single and inverting the polarity against the album mastering.
All Around The World (Reprise) – This should be able to isolate using the aforementioned promo sampler, but you would need to match the fade-down of "It's Gettin' Better (Man!!)" exactly.
Angel Child (Demo) and Heroes – A two-track promo CD for "D'You Know What I Mean?" (CCD 256X) has "Heroes" as its B-side. I assume you'll be able to isolate the ending of "Angel Child" using that.
(I Got) The Fever – Clean on the same promo CD as "Stand By Me" (CCD 278X).
My Sister Lover – See above; by inverting that clean promo, you can isolate this song.
The Fame – Appears to be isolated on a European "All Around The World" card sleeve single (HES 665269 1).
Flashbax – Separate from "The Fame" on a European "All Around The World" single (HES 665269 5); however, the fact that it lists "All Around The World" as 9:37 when the true, full-length fade is 9:44 makes me think it's probably cross-faded with the A-side. This would require a promo "All Around The World" to re-isolate it. Alternatively, "Flashbax" appears to be isolated on the CD BBC Future Hits 42, also from 1998.
The Hindu Times – Clean on the single and Time Flies..., but unfortunately Heathen Chemistry has slightly different mastering between the album and singles, so phase inversion can't cleanly isolate its songs – at least, not any of the ones I've tested. Interestingly, the Japanese CD has slightly different mastering to the Big Brother CD, and still doesn't cancel out with the singles.
Force Of Nature – The intro is easy enough to copy/paste and make clean, but unfortunately the outro is also cross-faded. The song does appear, hilariously, on a Loaded magazine CD called "The Ultimate Sounds Of Seduction" (LOADEDSK2003). It's also present on the Sunday Times sampler, but that appears to have some CD-ROM technology that acts as copy protection, so I don't know if it can be played or extracted.
Hung In A Bad Place – Also appears on the Sunday Times CD-ROM sampler. I have no idea if the Heathen Chemistry songs can even be accessed, so this might not work.
(Probably) All In The Mind – Appears on The Big Issue: 11 Tracks, 11 Years. If it's clean, and if it happens to cancel out perfectly, you could isolate "A Quick Peep", although I think that's very unlikely.
She Is Love – Clean, fortunately, on the "Little By Little"/"She Is Love" single. Unfortunately, it can't isolate the ending of "(Probably) All In The Mind".
Mucky Fingers – Appears on a Sony Music promo CD-R called "Great Songs". I just bought the only copy that was for sale. I'm hoping this can isolate "Turn Up The Sun" as well; I'll report back when I get the CD-R.
Love Like A Bomb – I don't actually own the "Lyla" single, and Time Flies... uses the Stop The Clocks mastering rather than the album mastering, so I can't test. I'm assuming you can do phase cancellation between the single and album mastering of "Lyla" to isolate this one, but I'm not positive.
Keep The Dream Alive – An Italian promo CD has a radio edit; if it's the same mastering, it could be used to isolate the ending of "Part Of The Queue". This song also appears on the Daily Mirror sampler CD-ROM, but like with Heathen Chemistry, the new songs are locked behind "you can only listen to it four times, and only over an Internet collection" copy protection.
The Turning – Appears on an Italian double-disc compilation called Strike!. Hopefully it can be used to isolate the ending of "Bag It Up" as well.
The Shock Of The Lightning, I'm Outta Time, and Falling Down – All three singles (and the versions on Time Flies...) are clean.
Waiting For The Rapture and (Get Off Your) High Horse Lady – These can be isolated by inverting the singles (or Time Flies...).
So that leaves the following songs that I'm not aware of an isolated version of:
Morning Glory/The Swamp Song (Excerpt 2) (I am aware of the cassette with the latter having a clean ending, with two minutes of waves)
My Big Mouth/Magic Pie
Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is/Little James
A Quick Peep
To Be Where There's Life/Ain't Got Nothin'
Thanks for checking this out! If you've got any of the CDs I've mentioned, please let me know if you can confirm or deny any of my hypotheses. And if I've missed anything, please fill me in!
