Noel Gallagher/Liam Gallagher and Oasis social media sites have post this date 27/08/24 and the 8am hour. There will be a reunion finally? or another reissue disc? I have the fingers crossed.

Until a few weeks ago, I'd never believed it but now I'm 100% sure that it's the reunion.

As much as I'd love a reunion, it seems a bit quick?

I can't really believe that the brothers are on good terms for some time without anyone noticing. I mean they apparently haven't talked much since 2009 so I'm not sure how this can work well that fast.

But if they get along, take my money.

I hope it's just a summer of concerts to give Noel and Liam some closure after the unhappy split and 15 years of spite being thrown in both directions.

I think their time as an active band has had its day and I'd rather they don't start up along the road of becoming another Stones/Who type band chugging away for eternity and living off what happened decades ago.

after wacthing Liam's Reading set I honestly can't see how 'Oasis' would be better, apart from Noel doing harmonies.

The amount of press specualation at this level usually means something though, so it looks likely.

Puzzling why they aren't doling it on the Wednesday which is the 15th anniversary of the split, but I'm in no way complaining. I'm all for it!

Although I thought it was a possibility when Noel got divorced I did not think I would happen less than 2 years later.

It's absolutely incredible, it doesn't feel real at all. Roll on tomorrow morning!!

So the date made sense after all - today is 14 years, 11 months and 30 days since the 2009 split.

The exact same time between the release of Definitely Maybe in 94 to the split.

Incredible turn of events. Absolutely elated!!
