These US Open matches are great and all but we all know that Cena isn't going to take a pin for the title on Raw so they should just keep it as the 'Cena challenge' or something without the title on the line that way at least there's some chance of him losing once in a while because the past few matches have been pretty great but they're kinda ruined since we 100% know what's going to happen.
Also, Brock destroying the Cadillac was absolutely brilliant!

brock took a fan out with that cadillac door.
Haha I thought that door would've hit someone. Doesn't look that bad an 'injury' though to be fair.

apparently sting and taker are both set to appear at summerslam and taker is being brought in for battleground and raw the night after.
Outside interference is expected in the finish for Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt match at the WWE Battleground pay-per-view.
Wrestling Observer Radio noted that there have been plans for Luke Harper to get involved in the feud, possibly tonight. Meltzer also indicated that this angle may be where Sting makes his return. He said, "That's where Sting fits in too."
It was also noted that Sting is set to be involved in the same match as Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam, unless plans change.
I liked last nights RAW with exception to the end, I've enjoyed Cena being away from the WWE title and not closing shows and I think a lot of us have grown a deeper appreciation for him due to the US Open Challenge. It's just gonna be another step back for Rollins working with him, like it has been for Wyatt, Rusev and arguably, Kevin Owens. Remember, he was undefeated before the 2nd encounter with Cena and thereafter he lost the NXT title and lost again to Cena. If they were gonna bring him to the main roster, why not give him the US title, let him takeover doing the US Open and let him mow through the roster like the badass brawler he is, especially if Cena's gonna be in a program with Rollins which last night seemed to signal. The divas were great and the division is gonna carry on growing over the next few months and moreso when the likes of Bayley and if they can sign her to an exclusive deal, Blue Pants, get called up.
As for the Taker-Lesnar rematch, I really don't know what to expect. Unlike other people though, I can kinda understand the idea of Undertaker, a proud warrior being taunted every week/month about his greatest loss to date and finally snapping and wanting retribution, as well as the idea his real resurrection occurring on the night of Battleground, as he fell to Lesnar and has risen again to take him out. The brawl was really awesome to see last night, it reminded me of the attitude era and the Evolution days. There was a really nice throwback to Undertaker's Big Evil persona when Lesnar shouted(and I'm paraphrsing, it was 2am so I can't quite remember) "I'll kill you" and Taker retorted "you're gonna have to!". How Badass was that? Taker seems to be in better shape than last year, his knees looked weak during the tombstones at Battleground but his strength has increased as he got way more elevation on his chokeslam compared to his return last year. I don't know how it'll play out but I think as long as the match is more of a brawl with less suplexes, Taker will be able to hold his own.I don't see him winning though unless it's a no DQ and he just wails on Brock with chair shots.
Not much else to say, seeing the Wyatts reform is a welcome return, they should have never split up in the first place. Roman Reigns has come on leaps and bonds since the start of the year. He might need to work on his psychology more thogh, I get he's meant to be a stone cold bad ass but he lacks some expression some times but apart from that, he's looking like he could be a big time player in the near future.
Apparently Sting's been dropped from Summerslam. To quote every WCW fan during a NWO promo ever "WE WANT STING! WE WANT STING! WE WANT STING!" and so on

im glad really only because it seemed like he was going to get thrown in a pointless match that was there just because "STING AT SUMMERSLAM, GET THE NETWORK FOR $9.99!" , he still might be at summerslam to interfere with taker and brock to set up their match (if that is the plan), might of 'dropped' him to make his appearance more surprising and special.

Dropping him in the Taker/Brock match is arguably just as random, I don't know how they'd justify it.

I suppose he wouldnt have to appear until after the match and confront taker as opposed to actually interfering in the match, dont suppose the match itself needs a reason, its just a dream match, sting pulling the old lines of "taker is the real reason I came to the wwe" would do just fine, wouldve worked better had the streak still been going though I guess.
Im interested to see what happens with taker vs brock because if taker wins it ruins brocks build for the sake of a semi retired wrestler looking abit strong but if taker looses then where does he go from there? brock vs taker 3? the only real way sting vs taker would make real sense is if taker finally beats brock but then that will kill brocks whole thing at the moment of being undefeated for the sake of 1 match between 2 guys that will leave straight after anyway.
wwe are going to have to be careful with brock though, theres only so many times you can have lose a match without him actually losing eg interference or something, before long his undefeated streak wont be worth much as hes not winning and when he does lose, its not a clean loss.
I love just how good NXT is. I mean fuck, it's so good. I really like the main show as well atm, the divas division, the former Shield members, seeing more of Lesnar. It's cool.
