Let There Be Love is available on a French bonus disc that came with a limited edition of DBTT.
Has anyone heard the bonus CD? The reason I ask is to find out if it has the same "skipping / ticking" sound which the DVD single has at some points during the track.
I honestly thought I was the only one that noticed that, thought I had a bad rip but the skipping is on the DVD too.

Yeah, I tought it was a bad rip! About the mp3 files with the rips, that would be awesome. Thanks!
I'm sure I read somewhere that She Must Be One Of Us is from the DBTT Sessions and it's Gem playing harmonica on it as well as Just Let It Come Down Over Me.
Also seems to fit the the comment Noel made before DBTT came out it was gonna be Highway 61/Bob Dylan sounding and then it wasn't, She Must Be One of Us is just a sped up Rainy Day Woman after all.
Also it has that 'time to rock n roll baby' at the end of it, Oasis used that between Rock N Roll Star and Lyla on the DOYS tour.
Just a theory.
On the subject of the Let There Be Love demo, I remember I purchased a 192kbps DRM protected wma from one of the digital stores back in the day and it too had the skipping on it as well as having more background hiss than the DVD rip going about, sadly it might appear the skipping is on the master of it.
Additionally could some of the demos from Noel's Faster than the Speed of Magic be Oasis era too ? Noel has said in the past he doesn't make multiple demos of songs so it's possible ? We know that Stop The Clocks and Record Machine demos on it are Oasis albeit different mixes. Someone already said that those Dream On, Freeky Teeth and Soldier Boys and Jesus Freaks demos could be from the DOYS side sessions, they all have the same sound quality and sound like they were recorded together. And could the demo of The Good Rebel be from the Heathen Chemistry or DBTT sessions ? It was written and demoed around that time. Just because the CD that that Joakim has is titled 2010 demos doesn't mean they were recorded in 2010, Come On Outside and Record Machine are prime examples of this.
On one of the Heathen Chemistry singles DVD's Liam and Noel are playing the Hindu Times demo on the tour bus. If I remember correctly Noel's vocals are not double tracked. Also they play a demo of Better Man, this version is missing some guitar riffing overdubs.
On the LDSMD dvd there is an acoustic instrumental clip of Turn Up The Sun.
Does anyone know if that mp3 clip of Whatever that was floating around was real or fake? The one that had the "All The Young Blues" part sung by Liam?
I know i have it somewhere. When I have some time i'll dig it up.
That was real, some guy was selling it on alt.music.oasis years ago, said it was from a Creation promo cassette of the Whatever single. This was well before the Safety masters leaked with the All The Young Blues backing vocals on.
Found it, this is the clip Rob sent me, I was unsuccessfull in buying it so hopefully whoever bought it does share it one day, I would love the One Way Road demos!
The CD track listing was: Idler's Dream One Way Road Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is Sunday Morning Call Just Getting Older I Can See A Liar Little James One Way Road (Wrong Key, Instrumental) Let There Be Love
And here's the clip (contains a few seconds of each track):
There was a cd on Britpop store that I tried to purchase that had the Idler's Dream demo on it.
Rob sent me an mp3 with clips of each song and I'm sad to report the Idler's Dream demo is exactly the same as the version that was released on The Hindu Times single much like the demo and released versions of Just Getting Older and Cigarettes in Hell, In fact most of the SOTSOGs demos were cleaned up and used as finished versions.
Well Just Getting Older had an electric guitar and drum overdub and Cigarettes In Hell had a new vocal track and some fresh instrumentation, so I wouldn't rule out the Idler's Dream demo to be a total waste yet.
So when you say "of each song" does this include "For One So Young" as well? And Teotihuacan? Or was that a different CD/tape?

Oh wow, that's a slightly different mix on the piano on Idler's Dream for a start - same vocal track. Different vocal track on One Way Road and a different instrumental mix, maybe a different bit somewhere.
