Hey,

I've been trying to make a list of every Oasis' demo we've got so far. Going through my stuff and Jim's blog I've came up with the following, I don't know if it's complete or correct! Can some expert over here take a look at it?
Since I'm no expert I couldn't get some info about some tracks (items marked with "").

Falling Down and I'm Outta Time were on the Digital Singles for those singles.

Stop Crying Your Heart Out is also available on the Sunday Times promo CD from 2002.

Go Let It Out is was on a 2 - Track Promo given away at, I think, Virgin Mega Store with the release of SOTSOG.

Let There Be Love is available on a French bonus disc that came with a limited edition of DBTT.

Man of Misery was ripped from two Pretty Green promo videos on youtube and edited to approximate the song.

You're missing a bunch of the other demos from DBTT that leaked back in January of 2009.

You're missing quite a few there mate. Off the top of my head:

There are loads of pre-Definitely Maybe demos (two or three versions of Take Me, Better Let You Know, See The Sun, Lock All The Doors, Comin' On Strong, Strange Thing, etc).

We have demos of most of Definitely Maybe (e.g. Live Demonstration, Whatever Demos), including a few different demos of Columbia.

There are four 'early mixes' from Be Here Now (leaked a couple of years back). Not sure if you'd include those. And two 30-sec clips of demos/early mixes of AATW and DGA.

There's more than one demo of FITB (three, I believe).
There's an officially-released Go Let It Out demo (slightly different to the one on the SOTSOG demos bootleg).
(As Long As They've Got) Cigarettes in Hell is also included on the SOTSOG demos bootleg, I think.
There are two demos of Let There Be Love (SOTSOG demo bootleg and officially-released DBTT demo).

There are a couple of 'early mixes' from a leaked copy of Heathen Chemistry (again, not sure if you'd count those).

As schorman says, there are quite a few more from the DBBT sessions, including Ain't Got Nothin, Stop The Clocks, Record Machine, Lord Don't Slow Me Down (Liam vocal), etc.

I'm not sure if you'd include all those recently-surfaced Noel demos - She Must Be One Of Us, !!!Oh Lord!!!, etc - I don't know if these were recorded while Oasis were still together.

There are probably more - I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be able to fill in the blanks.

I'd say Just Let It Come Down Over Me and Come On Outside, it has the proper choir and everything, were recorded during the last two Oasis album sessions. Not sure about the other two.

I'm still convinced Freaky Teeth, Soldier Boys, Wrong Beach and Dream On from the DVD bonus CD were the demos Noel was talking about when he and Gem worked on songs in a side studio while Dig Out Your Soul was being recorded.

Chill and a version of Heroes were found on a cassette a few years ago but it was sold in a private sale over on Live4ever. It was never revealed who bought the tapes.

The other tracks on the tape suggest it's all Noel written songs so it'll be a "new" song.

It's pretty well documented Liam only wrote Little James for the album sessions and that appears on a 1999 demo CD. He followed it up in summer to late 1999 with Songbird and Born On A Different Cloud in early 2000.

I believe Alice and Reminisce were written by Liam and Bonehead, before Noel joined the band. You'll find a bit more about them in this thread:

There are two studio versions of Take Me.
Not including the mixes found on this casette eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=322131

There are clips of demos (if you want to count those) of Morning Glory from Acquiesce and Champagne Supernova from the Lynchmob remix.

There is that clip of that jam Oasis did with Kasabian on the DOYS DVD.

I know there is also a bit of unreleased songs on the DOYS DVD. I haven't watched it in a while.

The Champagne Supernova clip isn't from the demo, but from the final version - Noel's short line is isolated on the seperate tracks of the SACD release.

Has anyone heard the bonus CD? The reason I ask is to find out if it has the same "skipping / ticking" sound which the DVD single has at some points during the track.

Just some info on some of the unheard demos:

There was a cd on Britpop store that I tried to purchase that had the Idler's Dream demo on it.

Rob sent me an mp3 with clips of each song and I'm sad to report the Idler's Dream demo is exactly the same as the version that was released on The Hindu Times single much like the demo and released versions of Just Getting Older and Cigarettes in Hell, In fact most of the SOTSOGs demos were cleaned up and used as finished versions.

The demo version of One Way Road is exactly the same instrumentaly as the finished version but had a different vocal take.

The instrumental wrong key version of One Way Road was used as Noel's intro tape at the Zanzibar gig in 2003, go listen to Track 1 from that gig and you'll hear a few seconds of it before Noel says hello. Would love to know the story/reason behind this version.

If I can find the mp3 on my hardrive I'll upload it, it had like 10 seconds of each track.
