I think Noel mentioned parts of it were written near the end of Oasis but it wasn't demoed / sound checked until the actual High Flying Birds era so I'd say that is a genuine solo demo rather than an Oasis era one.
An argument could be made for Soldier Boys, Freaky Teeth, Wrong Beach and Dream On being Oasis demos as it is believed they were written and roughly laid down with Gem during the side sessions while Dig Out Your Soul was being recorded.

From the above Noel demos / soundcheck we know Come On Outside was recorded during the Dig Out Your Soul sessions as it was meant to be released as Come On, It's Alright with Liam singing and as the first single from Dig Out Your Soul. Just Let It Come Down Over Me was also mentioned by Noel as being a leftover from the Don't Believe The Truth Sessions in Select or Mojo magazine, I can't remember which off hand, around 2007 rings a bell though. God Help Us All was first heard on the Lord Don't Slow Me Down tour film and then soundchecked during the first High Flying Birds tour. The Two remaining demos, She Must Be One Of Us is thought to be a Don't Believe The Truth leftover as it fit with Noel's description of writing songs similar to Bob Dylan around 2004. !!Oh Lord!! could also be a Oasis leftover but is unconfirmed at this time, and just to note it was seen on a handwritten album tracklisting on the HFB Making of DVD.

Noel said in an interview in 2008 that freaky teeth had been written so its possible that demo was an oasis one.

no demos have surfaced recently, as far as hearing the rest of the 1998 tape, thats up to the people who have the tapes.
Since the last update, we can now add The Dying of the Light and The Girl With X-Ray Eyes to that demos list Jim created. I hope we get the Chasing Yesterday demos the way we had NGHFB.
